Paul has been the minister of St Clement’s Church Manchester since 2012. He was born and raised in Blackburn. He became a Christian at 18. After four years as a teacher, he was ordained in 2007 and served his curacy in South Manchester. Paul is married to Gill and they have four boys and one girl. He enjoys following Blackburn Rovers and spending time with his family doing whatever they like to do.

Mark was born a stone's throw from church and was baptised, confirmed and married in church and has been there ever since! Mark became a Christian at Sandsend Camp near Whitby. Michelle, also from Openshaw, married Mark in 1987 and they have three grown up children who he loves catching up with. Mark spent 20 years in accounting and 20 years teaching, before becoming happily retired. He enjoys most sports and hiking adventures.

Rev. Henry Alexander

Assistant Minister

Tom has been a member of St Clement's since 2020. This is his second stint in Manchester following a number of years studying in this great city. He is married to the wonderful Chrissy. He works in Oldham and finds the rest of his time consumed by looking after his two kids and trying to help internationals feel at home in St Clement's. When he can, he enjoys watching the Arsenal, reading and running (when his knees work).

Erin first joined the team at St Clement's as a ministry trainee in September 2022, and is now working in the office (if you hear a Northern Irish accent on the other end of the phone, that's her!) Alongside this, she is a pastoral care coordinator, and is studying with Biblical Counselling UK. In her free time, she enjoys hanging out with friends and playing the piano.
